AFPE IQF tunnel freezer, 1998, Model 6.8-5-100-DW, last used to freeze 7,800 lbs/hr lima beans. Freezer belt is stainless steel fine woven wire mesh, drops product about 6 in. to second belt about halfway through tunnel. Belt is 58 in. wide (useable) x 25 ft. total length. High velocity air blows up through belt, circulates through product and then passes through frost belt before going through aluminum coils. Two coils, 8 ft. long & 15 ft. long, base load of 40 tons, total duty load 155 tons, -30 °F. Refrigerant R-22 supplied by plant. Easily converted to ammonia. Overall dimensions 25 ft. L x 16 ft.
