APV Crepaco Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger. Model: 1HRT672. Approximate barrel dimensions: 6 in. diameter x 6 ft. L. MAWP: 150 psi @ 650°F. MDMT: 150 psi @ -20 °F. Sew-Eurodrive Motor, 10 hp, 490/1980 rpm, 230/460 V, 26/12 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. Sew-Eurodrive Variable Speed Drive, 5 and 14 Ratio, 1410 lb/in, 490 and 1960 input rpm, 95 and 380 output rpm. APV scraped surface heat exchangers (SSHE) consist of a jacketed cylinder with a rotating dasher holding rows of scraper blades. The product is pumped through the cylinder while the heating or cooling medium is circulated between the cylinder and the jacket. The medium can be steam, water or a refrigerant such as ammonia or Freon. Uses (4) 5 in. casters for easy maneuverability and has 1 in. ground clearance. Inlet: (1) 1-1/2 in. dia.
