Baader Fish Skinning Machine. Type 47. Nominal capacity (depending on fillet length): 60 fillets/minute. Largest fillet: 8-21/32 in. (22 cm). The machine is design for the skinning of fillets from white fish, redfish and flat fish. Skin is removed leaving the iridescent sliver glaze on the fillets. (2) Adjustable angle conveyors.
