Cherry-Burrell No-Bac Unitherm IV Processing System. Model: No-Bac Unitherm IV. The No-Bac Unitherm IV is a complete unitized system for sterilizing fluid products at a rate of 20 to 40 gph. Products are heated up to 300°F and held for sterilization, then reduced then to 35°F after homogenization for packaging.
