Heat transfer surface area: approx. 665 sq. ft. Originally installed in Campbell’s Soup facility. Initially designed to raise the temperature of tomato paste (product) from 35°F to 200°F with a 65 psi pressure drop and a flow rate of 782 lbs/min. The media (water) was reduced in temperature from 215°F to 174°F with a pressure drop of 20 psi and had a flow rate of 300 gpm. Dry weight: 3,275 lbs. Flooded weight: 3,935 lbs.
