It has a capacity of 35400 (BTUH / °F TD) with an estimated tonnage of 44.25 (TR) @15TD. An Air Flow of 40425 CFM and it has Recirculated Bottom fed coils with a Gas defrost system. It previous ran on Ammonia (R717 | NH3). Included are 4 2 HP fan motors.
