Larger screen size removes the worst skin, pits and seeds. Juice then gravity flows to FMC 200 Stainless Steel Pulper/Finisher (used as final pulper/finisher). Motor: 25 hp. Screen sizes: .045, .033, .027. Final pulper/finisher processes puree to the desired texture.
