This unit has capabilities for a full range of fruit and vegetable reduction, including oil finishing (separating frit from the oil water emulsion), recovery of soluble solids (pulp wash), core wash eliminating pits from stoned fruit pulp, separates seeds, skins and extraneous particulate materials from pureed pulp. Alternative uses include mixing and blending ingredients during the finishing process. Speed of drive shaft: 780 rpm.
