Overview of Plexus MA832 Adhesive

Plexus MA832 is a high-performance two-part methacrylate adhesive specifically engineered for the structural bonding of metals, requiring no primers for effective application. This adhesive is also highly effective for bonding thermoplastic and composite assemblies, necessitating minimal surface preparation. Mixed at a 10:1 ratio, Plexus MA832 offers a practical working time of 12 to 14 minutes and achieves an initial strength of approximately 500 psi (3.5 MPa) within 65 to 70 minutes.

The formula of Plexus MA832 is crafted to deliver a combination of high strength, superb fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness. It is available in grey and comes in various formats including ready-to-use cartridges, as well as 5-gallon (20-liter) pails and 50-gallon (200-liter) drums. These packaging options are designed to dispense a non-sagging gel, ensuring precise and clean application across different bonding projects.
