Overview of Plexus MA920 Adhesive

Plexus MA920 is an innovative two-part methacrylate adhesive that sets a new standard in adhesive technology with its low odor formulation. Designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies, MA920 combines high strength, excellent fatigue endurance, and superior impact resistance. This breakthrough adhesive is perfectly suited for environments where a low odor is crucial without sacrificing adhesive performance. Mixed at a 10:1 ratio, it offers a rapid working time of 4 to 6 minutes and can reach approximately 75% of its ultimate strength within 15 to 18 minutes at 74°F (23°C).

The advanced formula of Plexus MA920 requires little to no surface preparation for most substrates, making it incredibly user-friendly for quick and efficient applications. The adhesive turns blue when mixed and is available in easy-to-use packaging options including cartridges, 5-gallon (20-liter) pails, and 50-gallon (200-liter) drums. These options are designed to dispense a non-sagging gel, providing consistent and reliable adhesive application across various industrial uses.
