Resina Screw Capper. Carbon Steel Frame. Model U-30-973. S/N 73-4895. Capper it is set for a 28 mm cap and can adjust in hight for a 6.6 in. bottle to 12 in. bottle. Right now the machine is set for 28mm cap on an 11.5 in. bottle, (red eye bottle). Control box with on/off switch and an emergency stop button. The machine has adjustable speed with 1 hp motor and gear reducer. The conveyor has a stainless steel chain 3-1/4 in. width that feed into a gripper chain that holds the bottle in place while is being capped. The cap is deposited to a stainless steel cap hopper that then is fed to the bottle shoot that guides the cap all the way to the bottle. Dimensions of the machine: 129 in. L x 39 in. W x 94 in. H.
