SCIGRIP SG800-05 Methacrylate Adhesive delivers reliable, high-strength bonding for metals, composites, and plastics in high-temperature environments. This two-component adhesive features a 10:1 mix ratio and is specifically formulated to withstand continuous temperatures up to 300°F (149°C) and intermittent exposure up to 400°F (204°C). Available in black 490 mL cartridges, it offers a working time of 4 to 6 minutes and a fixture time of 12 to 15 minutes. Designed for the transportation industry, it combines primerless metal bonding, excellent flow characteristics, and reduced bond line read-through, making it ideal for demanding applications.
