White Muslin Buff – 4″ x 30 Ply, Stitched
Our quality made 4″ diameter by 30 ply buffs (with pinhole center) have 3 circles of concentric stitching between the arbor hole and the face of the buff. This stitching provides a firmer surface while holding the buff together when used with cutting compounds such as Gray Star, Bobbing and Tripoli. Can also be used for both cutting and polishing of harder metals such as platinum.  Made of fine-weave muslin with combed edges and shellac injected, leather centers to hold buffs firmly on tapered spindle.  Generally, stitched buffs are used for cutting compounds on soft metals but on harder metals like platinum, palladium, steel and stainless steel, stitched buffs are used for both cutting compounds and polishing compounds.   Made in USA
